WISHBOX
YOUR VIRTUAL CONCIERGE
Wishbox is a personal virtual concierge that was created for the use of holiday
apartment visitors. It is a one of a kind on-demand platform from which users can order a variety of services right up to their doorsteps, much like what they may have been able to do from concierge services offered at top hotels.
My Role
I was solely responsible for the UI/UX of the product. I had to think, research and come up with both the UX and UI design concepts and implement them. I provided end-to-end high level designs designs on all materials, performed usability testing and worked closely with the Product managers, R&D teams as well as with stakeholders.
The Process
Coming into Wishbox, there was already an existing product, developed by outsourced teams. After the founders decided to hire a whole new in-house team, we started afresh. Having learned from the mistakes of the previous version, we created new user flows and use cases, researched trending designs relevant to the Travel and Hospitality markets and began developing a new and improved product.

RMDY WEB
RMDY's web platform serves as the back log for the RMDY App. Here coaches can get all of the data on their patients as they log in the RMDY App. This is also where coaches can build and customize health plans, guide their patients by assigning them tasks and goals as well as monitor them with health markers.
DIGITAL HEALTH PLATFORM
My Role
Alongside developing the RMDY mobile app, new and revised UI/UX design was continually needed for the existing web platform. I created many new simplified and aesthetic designs for new features, the implementation of the discussion forum, revamped elements for every new release as well as some marketing materials.
The Process
The web platform was in need of some visual renovation. It was too crowded without a cohesive, unified look. My process was to fully comprehend the entire system, what were its' maximum capabilities and limits and from there, develop a new clean interface while filtering out irrelevant elements. I researched the Health Tech market to get proper insight and set out to fully revise the platform. We were working in an agile way where changes were made progressively.

PROGRAM PAGE OVEVIEW
This is an overview of the status of all of the patients in a particular group of a program that the coach has set up. The data can be filtered and arranged according to what is most convenient for the coach.
PROGRAM LIST
This is the first screen that the user reaches upon entering the platform. Each program is comprised of different patients according to their treatment type and end goal.

PROGRAM PAGE OVERVIEW
This is an overview of the status of all of the patients in a particular group of a program that the coach has set up. The data can be filtered and arranged according to what is most convenient for the coach.

PATIENTS
Here is where the coach can properly see all of his program team members and enter their individual profiles so to get a better understanding of their status.

PATIENT PROFILE
The patient profile is where all of the data on a particular patient can be found and is divided into categories. there are tabs within the table to make it easy to view everything in a clean and orderly manner.

ICONS
Due to the subject matter being medical care, it was of great interest to keep the visual language as clear and cohesive as possible. Every icon had to be precise and intuitive.
PALETTE & FONTS
This blue toned palette was chosen as a neutral scheme to compliment the medical nature of the project.

DISCUSSION FORUM
This discussion forum serves as a platform where the coaches can directly communicate with both their patients as well as other care givers associated with those same patients. It is an accessible arena where all of the parties can fluidly converse and exchange information.
