WISHBOX
YOUR VIRTUAL CONCIERGE
Wishbox is a personal virtual concierge that was created for the use of holiday
apartment visitors. It is a one of a kind on-demand platform from which users can order a variety of services right up to their doorsteps, much like what they may have been able to do from concierge services offered at top hotels.
My Role
I was solely responsible for the UI/UX of the product. I had to think, research and come up with both the UX and UI design concepts and implement them. I provided end-to-end high level designs designs on all materials, performed usability testing and worked closely with the Product managers, R&D teams as well as with stakeholders.
The Process
Coming into Wishbox, there was already an existing product, developed by outsourced teams. After the founders decided to hire a whole new in-house team, we started afresh. Having learned from the mistakes of the previous version, we created new user flows and use cases, researched trending designs relevant to the Travel and Hospitality markets and began developing a new and improved product.

RMDY is a digital Therapeutics platform that supports long-term condition management, as well as short-term specialty care between patient and clinicians. The RMDY app is supported by a web platform from which the clinicians, or "Coaches", have access to all of their patients' data.
My Role
My role at RMDY was to conceptualize the UX and UI directions of the RMDY B2B web platform and translate them into the B2C mobile app . I helped in planning the architecture of features derived from the complex web platform into a simple user-friendly format. I researched the market for similar products for both UI and UX references, understood the demands of the clients and developed a visual solution.
The Process
The process began with mapping out the mobile app so it would seamlessly integrate with the web platform. Recognizing the needs of the users on both ends of the product was vital to finding a proper solution. After understanding what features were needed we created the infrastructure of the app. Next we came up with the "Trackers" component on which the rest of the mobile app was based. From here we went on to plan and implement the complete UI/UX design.

HOME PAGE
The Home Page is where health coaches will guide their patients by pushing tasks and goals to help them pursue their health goals. This serves as both a daily feed and progress report for both patient and coach.

TRACKING FOOD FULL PROCESS
A major part of the RMDY App is the logging feature where the users log results of all of their given tasks. Below is an example of how to log a Food Task from start to finish. This includes using the tracker to log caloric count, taking pictures as well as viewing current and completed tasks.
TRACKERS
This is the tracker menu alongside all of the logging trackers. It is possible to have up to 15 trackers.
PALETTE & FONTS
It was very important to keep the look and feel of the design uplifting and light which was established with a bright and colorful unthreatening palette that would exude a sense of calm.

PERSONAL COACHING
One of the most important aspects of RMDY is the Personal Coaching feature. This allows an open flow of casual discreet communication while staying up-to-date with personal patient progress.

GROUP CHAT
Alongside Personal Coaching is the Group Chat which every patient of a certain program can take part in. Many times better engagement and progress occurs when in good company.
